1. Personal privacy is protected by

 

a. only using names with written permission (initials acceptable)
b. excluding all personal photos/videos, various communication numbers (telephone, fax, pagers etc) or email    addresses from the WebSite unless specific written permission is obtained from each individual (full signature required).
c. Not disclosing any personal, billing or payment information.

2. Cookies may be used to improve on-line performance of the site but information will not be retained or used by St James Parish

3. Feedback messages may be reviewed by the Pastoral Team.  Phone numbers and email addresses will only be used for conduct of St James business.
